“Arcadia House” – Watamu

Arcadia is a stylish and comfortable 4 bedroom / 5 bathroom house. Set in a private garden on three acres, the house is only a minute’s walk from the white sandy beach of The Watamu Marine Park. It has a large swimming pool and wonderful interior and exterior entertaining areas. Its location ensures privacy. Overlooking the swimming pool and house, a super kingsize makuti-shaded double bed is an ideal spot to relax. A comfortable, cool, outside seating area looks out over the swimming pool.Inside, there is a large sitting area with a DVD room adjacent. A large dining table set under cooling fans, also takes advantage of views over the pool and garden. Between the dining area and inside living room there is a fully equipped bar area complete with bottle cooler to keep the beers and sodas well chilled. Downstairs are three en suite double bedrooms, 2 of which can work either as a double or twin room. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have overhead fans. Upstairs the Master bedroom suite has a balcony with views over the swimming pool; it has an 8 ft wide bed, an anteroom that serves as an extra living area or extra bedroom ideal for young children. There is a large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and double basin. It is also air-conditioned as well as having overhead fans.The house comes fully staffed including an excellent cook.
