  • The external walls are painted with washable and wipeable exterior grade Silicon Extreme Ash paint from Crown Paints.
  • Water heating is achieved through 1 x 300 litre and 1 x 200-litre Megasun solar hot water heaters from Chloride Exide as well as interlinked 2 x 100 litre kuni booster back up systems in case of poor weather conditions.
  • The kitchen countertops are imported white Quartz.
  • The contractor has extended a 6-month guarantee on all elements from the date of receipt of the deposit payment.
