Each floor has six rooms and a lounge. These are used for family gatherings or conferences, for up to 14 pax.

The lounge on the first floor was converted to an executive suite for owners to use during Covid.

Underground water tank of 60,000 litres, two top tanks of 5,000 litres each, 2 x Davis and Shirtliff solar heaters on the roof.

There is also a tent area which had been approved for building a conference block with a rooftop bar. Currently used for outdoor sitting or groups of up to 40 pax.
